Jessica Downie

Client Services

With over 10 years of hospitality and business administrative experience, Jessica provides a personable and welcoming experience for every person she interacts with, both in our offices or over the phone. Her positive personality strong work ethic, combined with her computer savvy background, makes her a great asset to our team.

Jessica’s computer skills derive from her father’s career as an IT specialist, gaining her a very useful skill set that has allowed her to assist clients in our online user applications and offer guidance through our personal financial website. From personal experience, as the primary caregiver for her grandmother, Rosalie, Jessica has been exposed to the importance of not just physically caring for someone, but also having proper financial planning in place. Her deeper understanding of this part of life extends through to her compassionate and sensible nature, and her strong desire to help others.

Jessica’s future goals include studying for and obtaining her Health & Life license to better assist our clients with their needs and goals, as well as acquire her Notary Public certification. Presently, you will find Jessica running the front desk, scheduling clients, and fine tuning her barista skills for that perfect cappuccino when you enter our offices—guiding clients and welcoming them to our home.

When Jessica isn’t listening to Perry Como while doing crafts with Rosalie, you can find her outdoors having fun in the sun. Whether its hiking with the two dogs, Sophie and Lucy, or tending to her home herb and flower gardens, she is surrounded by family. During weekly church services, Jessica and her father spend time bonding. Jessica also enjoys volunteering to cook or serve refreshments for local events or services. On rainy days, you can find her sitting by the fireplace, cracking open a good novel.
